Harold  S.  Masuda, O.D.

Dr. Masuda graduated with a Bachelors in Arts degree in Biology, Magna Cum Laude, from San Francisco State University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree, With Distinction, from Southern California College of Optometry in 1986. Adding to his educational experience, Dr. Masuda completed a Contact Lens Residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Optometry. Subsequently, he returned to Southern California and joined a practice in Orange County. He later relocated to Montebello in 1989. Dr. Masuda is a registered California optometrist with a Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent Certification. In December of 2011, he completed certification to treat open angle glaucoma.

Dr. Masuda has been in private practice for over 25 years. Committed to serving the local community, Dr. Masuda has been providing eye care in Montebello, California for over 23 years.
