(1) $99 for clear CR39 (plastic) single vision lenses** and frame (special collection). Additional $40 for polycarbonate lenses.
(2) $139 for clear CR39 (plastic) FT-28 bifocal lenses** and frame (special collection).
(3) $249 for basic clear CR39 (plastic) progressive (no-line) lenses** and frame (special collection).
(4) All patients receive 20% off additional pairs of glasses. Must include frame and lenses.
